Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TheKiddoSpace US, we want you and your little ones to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
